We're delighted to work with our partners in the Race To Resilience.
Together, we share in the vision and goals of the High-Level Climate Action Champions Team, helping to catalyse a step-change in global ambition to build the resilience of 4 billion people by 2030.
Banka BioLoo Limited is a pioneer in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH) infrastructure. We provide sanitation infrastructure and turnkey, human waste management solutions and services, involving innovative and simple bio-digester technology patented by Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), the R&D arm of the Indian Ministry of Defence. We are a licensee (through transfer of technology) and have partnered DRDO for technology commercialization for large-scale deployment of sanitation systems. We also provide sanitation operations and maintenance (O&M) services to one of the largest rail networks globally, the Indian Railways and ensure a pleasant travel experience for millions of passengers every day.
Sanjay Banka, Executive Chairman, says: "We joined the Race to Resilience in continuation of our commitment to providing resilient solutions in the area of water, sanitation and hygiene (WaSH). While profit is important to us as a business, people and planet are rather more important in all that we do, whenever and wherever."
