Resilience First's CEO, Michael Rooney, recently took part in FPA’s podcast on Resilience. The main message from Michael is that resilience is about leadership, governance and empowerment and is much more than just keeping a risk register. Businesses need to be adaptable and agile.
The podcast also has a speaker from the insurance industry and there was interesting discussion on the role of insurance (spoiler alert – your insurance policy is not a resilience strategy) and on the role of government and legislation.
