The terrorist attacks in Salisbury and London Bridge have had long-term effects on businesses in those locations. There was an immediate fall in both footfall and income which have taken some considerable time to recover, long after the blue-light services have left.

This briefing will consider what the local authorities, business improvement districts and wider business can do to help recovery and what lessons in resilience there are for others preparing for similar catastrophic attacks.

It will also feature a simulation exercise on crisis management carried out by Conducttr.
