The aim of this conference in Manchester is to find the intersections between the keys issues facing this great city for the next decade. Topics to be discussed will include regionalisation and devolution, decarbonisation for a net-zero transition, and urban resilience and placemaking.

In order to elicit transformational change in Greater Manchester, building on the Mayor’s vision and progress to date, including the Green Summit, this event will involve the combined efforts of the private and public sectors to bring co-ordinated and comprehensive responses that can be both adaptive and agile to cope with future shocks and stresses.
